Orders below £25 may still qualify for local delivery, subject to a delivery charge which will be displayed during checkout.

Our Local Delivery Area

We currently deliver throughout Fareham, Gosport, Portsmouth and the surrounding areas. We deliver to all PO1 to PO18 postcodes excluding the Isle of Wight and SO30 to SO32.

Delivery Days and Times

Available delivery options will be shown during checkout, but we only deliver Monday to Friday. Once your order has been processed, we’ll keep you informed about its expected delivery.

Although we’ll always do our best to deliver within the selected or advised time, delivery times may occasionally be affected by traffic, weather or circumstances outside our control.

Frozen Products

Our frozen products are handled carefully to help keep them at the correct temperature during local delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order and place frozen products in a freezer as soon as possible. If you provide instructions to leave an order in a safe place, please make sure the location is suitable and protected from heat, direct sunlight and animals.

Delivery Instructions

You can add helpful delivery instructions during checkout, including information about access, parking or a suitable safe place.

Please make sure your delivery address, postcode and telephone number are correct before placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect delivery information.

National Delivery

We deliver across the UK using a next-day courier service. Delivery charges depend on the weight of your order. Add your items to the basket and enter your postcode to see the cost before checkout.
To keep frozen products in good condition, we do not arrange national deliveries for Mondays. Orders placed on a Friday are normally collected by our courier on Monday for delivery on Tuesday.
